In traumatic brain injury (TBI) treatment, patients receiving Cerebrolysin showed significant improvements in Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) and Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) scores. A 6-month prospective study of 340 patients with moderate TBI complicated by intracerebral hemorrhage demonstrated that the Cerebrolysin group had superior improvement on the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R) (20.3±2.7 vs 16.4±2.1), with significantly higher 6-month survival rates (59.4% vs 27.8%) and no increased risk of adverse events. In acute ischemic stroke patients, Cerebrolysin as adjunctive therapy significantly improved motor function with rapid onset, facilitating accelerated recovery. In intensive care unit patients with delirium, 50mL Cerebrolysin daily for 7 consecutive days reduced delirium severity and improved cognitive function. A comparative study confirmed that among similar peptide preparations, Cerebrolysin is the only product capable of inducing Neurofilament-L expression with confirmed neurotrophic activity.
