Research effects
SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic pan-agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα/β/γ). Its core mechanism involves activating ERRs to induce a gene expression program mirroring acute aerobic exercise, significantly enhancing mitochondrial function and fatty acid oxidation. In animal models, it increases oxidative muscle fibers and exercise endurance, and in heart failure models, it significantly improves ejection fraction, reduces fibrosis, and increases survival. It also reduces adiposity and improves glycemic control in obesity models. SLU-PP-332 is for research use only, not clinically approved, and is prohibited by the World Anti-Doping Agency.
